Cancellation Policy
We value your time and are committed to providing you with the best service possible. In order to maintain a smooth scheduling process and accommodate all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
